资水文化等地方特色与文化 , 我们将这独特的山水文化 , 融入本案设计之中 ,

在室内空间多处运用变换层晝的曲线形态,

既体现了梅山层峦叠嶂的山势地貌又能感受到资水的流动性与自由性,展现地方风采。

在室内空间营造古今历史文化传承与交流氛围,

打造一场酒店空间内别具一格的时空对话,设计有地方特色的代表的高端酒店,

营造舒适柔和的酒店空间。追求自然的艺术智慧与灵感 , 讲究以人为本 , 把注重舒适体验放在首位 , 风格简洁、直接、功能化且贴近自然 , 体现人文情怀。

回歸自然，放松心境，以壹種自然的姿態，與毫不做作的形體，洗滌著到訪者的心靈，令其得以沈靜，達到精神上的放松。

沖擊人的日常視覺與固有思維。追求簡約人性,融合中西之美 ,

與古老的西藏文化碰撞出國際化的藝術火花,就好比那高山(西藏)與流雲( 三亞) 壹樣,相互村映,

這就是三亞西藏開元名都酒店獨壹無二的魅力所在。

壹座富有海濱自然旖旎風光的南方濱海城市，國家“壹帶壹路”戰略支點的壹座城，從而讓設計師憑借著海韻的魅力，用詩意的形式將它壹壹呈現出來。

酒店的整體外觀是由藍色玻璃設計而成，是設計師從當地的濱海文化中提取靈感。以海浪為設計理念，通過抽象、提取、演變的過程，以藍色為基調，將海浪起伏的動感形象運用到酒店的外觀，創造出了壹種“海天相映，連綿起伏”的錯落層次。

但是黑松卻能茁壯成長。我們在深刻體味其文化積澱的同時，

應提取其城市元素，並賦予整個酒店設計以精神和生命。

在整體色調、材質、燈具、家具和藝術品的選擇上，我們精心設計，

展現壹個家庭親子度假酒店的休閑氛圍。為讓酒店有很好的識別性與藝術性，

同時也避開了酒店的同質化問題，我們在大堂中間會增加壹處裝置藝術。

未來可邀請壹位專業的藝術家制作壹個裝置藝術。

以親子系列反映親情關系，構建溫馨的親情氛圍，

父母們可以盡情享受這溫馨，浪漫的親子時光。

項目用地位於長沙市金星大道以西，地理位置優越，地基以南為王府井商業廣場，
基地以東為步步高商業廣場，基地以北為金星花苑，交通便利。基地主入口在東側的金星大道上，
基地次入口在基地南側道路上，並在基地西南角設置應急消防通道口。項目總用地面積為3367.39 ㎡，
有效用地面積3367.39 ㎡，約5畝，總建築面積27334.62 ㎡，建築占地面積973.88㎡

空靈的中國園林精妙手法，通過現代的設計手法結合傳統中式文化精神，打造具有當地文化特色的酒店。

With "steel" as an extension of design elements, embodying the essence of Iron and steel culture of "perseverance, straightness and strength" , considering the integration of design space and natural space from an all-round perspective, ecological, landscape, leakage, ethereal and delicate techniques of Chinese gardens, combining traditional Chinese culture spirit with modern design techniques to create hotels with local cultural characteristics.

庭院和大厅周围可以从全方位着眼考虑，设计空间与自然空间的融合，运用了生态化，景观化，漏，透，空灵的中国园林精妙手法；（如下）

客房的颜色搭配和家居摆放方面

提取现代东方美学，从材质的颜色搭配，空间及家具体块的穿插，来体现设计感，从而充分利用资源来提升客房品质。

設計目的：

通過設計創造價值，讓原建築空間煥然壹新，完美呈現，跟上時代潮流，體現時代價值，雖然武鋼賓館的業態是做接待，住宿，會議以及餐飲等，但是在文化特色上我們要讓對武鋼賓館及鋼鐵文化，有感情和情懷的人客人，能通過設計溯源，發現驚喜，產生記憶共鳴，加深對酒店的感情和粘性，對於普通過客，我們給他呈現美的空間效果，舒適而便利的入住體驗，意外有趣的收獲，從普通過客變成常客。

Design objective:
